Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment when they are in stock. After sending the product timeout depends on the delivery service chosen. Orders containing products that are not in stock will be shipped when all products are available to build a single package. If you wish to receive your order in more than one shipment, you can ask for it by paying a second shipment when products that were not in stock are avialable. We will submit as soon as possible, a link that lets you track the online submission of your package.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling and shipping. They consist of a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We recommend consolidating your orders in a single purchase. Your package is sent at your own risk, paying special attention to the boxes containing fragile items.
