Jorge Diego Etienne

Jorge Diego Etienne (Tampico, 1983) is a highly motivated Industrial Designer from Mexico with a global perspective on design. A thirst for experiencing design at many levels and through alternative perspectives propelled his studies at renown design schools like Central Saint Martins in London, Domus Academy in Milan, and Parsons the New School for Design in New York. Jorge Diego has workshoped with companies like Alessi, Whirlpool, Vitra, Cemex and ICSID's Interdesign and in 2008 interned at Amasterdam's Feiz Design Studio, where he worked on projects for companies like Nokia and Herman Miller. Jorge Diego graduated with a BS in Industrial Design from the Tec de Monterrey in 2009.

His studio in Monterrey, Mexico specializes in product design, furniture design and strategic consultancy for companies in Mexico and abroad. His products bring design into daily routines, combining cultural factors and technology, creating memorable experiences for every user. In just one year, Jorge Diego developed a variety of projects for companies like Tupperware Brands Mexico, created furniture for the design gallery ADN in Mexico City, and commercialized his self-produced ''Choose your Bullets'' a pen holder sold in design stores around the world.
